Shipping & Returns


All orders from The Bat Doc are shipped via Fed Ex and United States Postal Service.  You will receive a shipping notification when we process the shipment at the email address you provided when the order was placed.

Orders are filled as they come in and normally ship within 3-5 business days.  

Please understand this is a shipping timeframe and NOT a delivery timeframe. 



You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 business days of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Any information collected in the processing of your order will not be shared with any third party, other than the required shipping information used to fulfill your order.  We respect your privacy and will not share any details such as name, phone number, email or other collected information with any other third party.
