This confusion may cause you to lose money with a bat not being shaved or rolled at all as well as possibly not getting your bat back at all!! Yes, I am talking about them stealing bats and/or not doing any work to your bat! We have come across this numerous times with this specific company. Please make sure you have the correct bat doc before you place an order.
With that being said, I want to clarify that we are the original "Bat Doctor". We have been in business longer than the competition out there and we have proven ourselves time and time again.
WHAT TO EXPECT: We have been doing this for a long time, which means, for us at least, that we know what we are doing. We will not do anything to jeopardize our name nor will we steer you in the wrong direction. We are true to our word when we respond to you or if you just need some honest advise. We operate with a Haas TL-2 CNC Automated Lathe which will allow us to give your bat a nice smooth cut evenly around the barrel. Most of the other lathes you see will not do this to the caliber of this particular lathe. You are receiving top-notch bat shaving to the fullest degree with us. You will notice a difference as your bat will perform with ease!!
